Pelvic Health

We are very pleased to welcome Amanda Rieseberg to our team. Amanda is a Specialist Physiotherapist with a special interest in Women’s and Men’s pelvic health, continence and rehabilitation of the pelvic floor.

Amanda qualified as a physiotherapist in 2003 and went on to achieve a Masters of Continence and Women’s Health in 2015.  She has worked in pelvic health in the public hospital system, initially at Nambour and more recently at the Sunshine Coast University Hospital.

Amanda’s treatments include the following conditions – incontinence, bladder and bowel dysfunction, pelvic pain, sexual dysfunction/pain, prostatectomy, post-birthing issues, and gynaecological surgery.

At Life Physio + Rehab, Amanda provides up-to-date, evidence-based practice for the treatment of Pelvic Floor dysfunction and associated problems. We are able to help you address any problems in the following areas:

We offer a wide range of therapy options including; real-time diagnostic ultrasound imaging for muscle retraining, internal examinations and treatment methods (if indicated and desired by the patient), pelvic floor therapy devices and individually prescribed exercise programs.
