Peter Bell - Physiotherapist

Caloundra born and bred, Peter has worked since 1994 with some of the most highly regarded Sports and Musculoskeletal Physiotherapists, Sports Physicians and Orthopaedic surgeons in Sydney, Montreal Canada and London. He completed post-graduate degrees in Musculoskeletal (1996) and Sports Physiotherapy (1998) at the University of Sydney. He has been team physiotherapist for a Sydney Premier rugby team, the Australian U/19 rugby team and development teams, the Beach Volleyball venue at the 2000 Olympics, and worked with the sports medicine providers for the Cirque du Soleil. Peter’s key focus when rehabilitating any injury or condition is to not just treat symptoms but to use more detailed testing and analysis to discover why the injury occurred and therefore try to find a more permanent solution. He is also no stranger to injury, having had to rehabilitate himself from an injured lumbar disc, as well as a fractured elbow from a snowboarding accident. Working at Life Physio + Rehab since 2013, Peter has started working with the Caloundra Rugby Club, and also rekindled his love of surfing and music.
